Customers in implementation may receive additional channels defined by contract.

To speed up support

Include company, user, screen or feature, approximate time, error message, and screenshots when possible.

For LubMapp Field issues, include device model, app version, internet availability, and whether synchronization was pending.

Security and privacy

Do not send passwords by email or message. If you suspect unauthorized access, request blocking or credential reset through the official channel.
